Care personnel

have experience in care services and provide 24-hour availability, with an average working time of 8 hours per day. Care includes housekeeping services (e.g. the preparation of meals, shopping, daily cleaning work, laundry etc.), assistance with body care, help with dressing and undressing, getting up, walking and the monitoring of the patient’s regular, independent taking of medication, as well as accompanying patients during visits to the doctor or authorities, but exclude the acceptance of verbal or medical instructions by the corresponding authority or a doctor. The caregivers schedule their work according to the respective requirements and needs in an independent and responsible manner. The principal shall bear the expenses for household supplies as necessary for execution of the contract.
