Mission statement

1. Objective and purpose of the company:

Home Carepoint GmbH is an independent organization and does not receive any subsidies; it is politically and religiously neutral and independent. Our principals are the clients (people with disabilities, illnesses or handicaps) or their relatives, as well as the relevant family doctors and institutions. We strive to achieve close collaboration and cooperation with other organizations, institutions and authorities in the healthcare and social sectors. We provide our customers with individual support and care in their familiar environment, at home, around the clock. The focus of our work is on maintaining the health and quality of life of our customers. In a familiar environment, all habits and social contacts are preserved and continued. Our primary objective is to enable our customers to live an independent and self-determined life and thus activate and continue to use their own resources. Whenever possible, we integrate existing social conditions into our work. By organizing regular visits to clients and their relatives, we guarantee quality through professional advice and support. We envision a constructive intra- and inter-disciplinary communication between all parties participating in the care process. By providing professional and qualified care services at home, we would also like to offer our clients free choice, even in the scope of palliative care.

2. Employees

The effective coordination of all employees represents one of the most important prerequisites for success. Therefore, the cooperation in a spirit of openness and mutual understanding is promoted deliberately. Our employees must be able to identify themselves with the objectives of our company. In the course of assignment of tasks, we consider the interests, knowledge and skills of our employees and, whenever possible, support their further development through continued education. We expect a high level of commitment from each employee. We encourage the individual contributions of employees during the definition of objectives and the preparation of decisions. The remuneration depends on an employee's function, service and experience. We acknowledge our social responsibility towards our employees, but also emphasize their personal responsibility towards the company and clients. Our services are characterized by a high level of professionalism and ethics. By building trust and promoting transparency, we strive to support customers and their families and assist them in all matters. With mutual appreciation and respect, open communication and trust, we wish to establish and maintain the greatest possible congruity in each care situation.

3. Organization:

We create an effective, functional organization with manageable task areas, clearly defined competencies and responsibilities. We set goals, adjust our actions according to them and assess the results by means of effective management systems and tools.
