Follow-up care for patients / rehabilitation at home

After getting the good news that you are finally released from the hospital, your doctor tells you that you are going to need a lot of help during the initial phase of recovery. However, you don't want to go to a nursing home, but rather prefer the familiar environment of your own home. But you also need help at night. With our follow-up patient care, we'll help you get back on your feet. Our caregivers will stay with you around the clock - even at night! They will run the household, look after and care for you, help you get back on your feet through eager and mobilizing support.
