Contact us in three steps:

The first contact is established by telephone through the customer, a relative or the doctor. At this occasion, our contact person can provide non-binding advice or, upon request, the needs of the customer can be responded to immediately.

1. During a personal conversation with you, at your home, you get to know your care person based on her/his dossier and a possible move-in date is arranged
   
   
2. The nursing history is obtained from medical management; this may take up approx. 2 hours
   
   
3. Our employee moves in at the desired date
