Housekeeping personnel

... provide limited care and are not available on call 24/7. The average working time amounts to approx. 8 hours per day. Their main tasks include housekeeping (e.g. the preparation of meals, shopping, daily cleaning work, laundry etc.), as well as accompanying patients during visits to the doctor or authorities, but exclude the acceptance of verbal or medical instructions by the corresponding authority or a doctor. The caregivers schedule their work according to the respective requirements and needs in an independent and responsible manner. The principal shall bear the expenses for household supplies as necessary for execution of the contract.
